Once the Group Policy Editor has opened up, you’re going to look on the left side and you’ll see “Computer Configuration.” Under that, you’ll see “Administrative Templates.” Click the drop-down arrow next to that, and then click directly on the words that say “Control Panel.” (Don’t click the drop-down arrow.) Press the Windows Key and the letter R on your keyboard together, and it should bring up a Run dialogue. So, I’m going to tell you how I got it back. (Just for reference, NO, I’m not using Windows 10 N – so I’m not missing the Media features.) I noticed that when I go to Start > Settings, the “Gaming” setting is missing. So, I took the 1903 (May 2019) Windows 10 update last month, and everything has been perfectly fine – until I decided that I was going to use the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on my PC today.
